Placing an order, returns and refunds

We want your PX Wholesales shopping experience to be completely hassle-free. With that in mind, we provide a quick and easy online ordering system, as well as straightforward and efficient returns and refunds policies.

 

Placing an order

To place an order on the PX Wholesales website, browse our site for all the products you need. Add products to your shopping cart using the “Add to cart” buttons.

When you're ready to complete your order, select click on the “SHOPPING CART” button in the top-right-hand corner of the page. After reviewing what's in your cart, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button.

You don't need to register first before you can complete your order. However, by becoming a registered PX Wholesales customer, you'll be able to view full order histories, track your order online and enjoy a quicker checkout next time you shop online with PX Wholesales.

There are four stages to the checkout process. Follow the instructions to complete your order.

Shipping options - choose from Click & Collect, Postal Delivery or Truck Delivery.
About You - this section will confirm your name, email address and telephone number, along with your delivery details (if you have selected either Postal or Truck Delivery as your shipping option).
Payment - this section will prompt you to choose your payment option. We accept wish gift cards, Visa, Master Card and American Express. We accept split payments across gift card and credit card but not multiple credit card.
Order confirmation - this will display your order summary. PX Wholesales will also send a confirmation email to the email address you supplied during checkout.

 

Tracking your order

If you're a registered PX Wholesales customer, you can track the status of your order under the “My Orders” tab of the “My Account“ page. If you're not registered, you can track it by clicking on the link in the email order confirmation you'll receive.

Emails do occasionally end up in spam email folders - if you don't receive the email in your inbox, make sure you check your spam folder for emails from purchases@pxwholesales.com.au. For further assistance, call our customer service team on (03) 9769 1967.

 

Understanding your order status

Order being processed: PX Wholesales is processing your order.
Partially shipped: PX Wholesales has dispatched at least one item from your order.
Shipped: PX Wholesales has dispatched your entire order.
Collected: Your order has been collected from your local store.
Order cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.

Returns and refunds

Our commitment to you:
At PX Wholesales, we pride ourselves on offering the best quality brands and service. If, for any reason, you're unhappy with your purchase, we'll do our best to fix the problem.

The benefits of our returns policy reflect our obligation to you under Australian Consumer Law and are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.  

Please note that PX Wholesales may choose to cancel a order due to unforseen circumstances and will reimburse  in the same way the items were originally paid for.

 

Returning an item

PX Wholesales will reimburse all refunds in the same way the items were originally paid for.

If we accept your return without proof of purchase, we will put your refund value on a Returns Card that you must use within six months at a PX Wholesales store or online.

 

Change of mind

It can be a real pain to buy a product only to find out it's the wrong size, shape or colour once you get home. As long as you've got your proof of purchase and your product is in its original, unopened packaging, we'll give you a full refund - no questions asked.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange or refund custom-made products, cut-to-size items.

 

Your rights
In addition to our Change of Mind Policy, you have rights under Australian Consumer Law. In relation to such rights, we must advise you that:

Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of Acceptable Quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Repairs and service

If you want to have your product repaired or serviced in circumstances in which the product has not suffered a failure that would amount to a breach of one of the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, we can refer you to the manufacturer for repairs and service of the product. This is often at your own cost.

 

Product assessment

When you bring a product back to a PX Wholesales store, we'll assess it to find out how we can best help you - whether it's with a refund, exchange or repair job. We'll make this assessment as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind that making the assessment, having the product repaired and returning the product to you may take up to six weeks.
